Whose this lady?

Several years ago, I was getting ready to welcome my first two grandbabies into the family. I was so excited AND was more metabolically sick than I’d ever been. I was at my largest size, working harder and restricting food more than ever. I was sad, depressed, and moody! This was not the state I wanted to welcome my new grandbabies. I was determined to be a healthy, vibrant grandma! That became my “WHY” and my life changed forever.

Studying and researching health has been at the forefront of my life for as long as I can remember. I’ve trained, choreographed musicals, owned a dance studio, made exercise videos, ran marathons and triathlons….AND… I’ve been out of shape, obese, and depressed.
